The El Rio Foundation Gala, will be held on Saturday, October 26th at The Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa. Proceeds will benefit El Rio’s Care Coordination program.  It provides 24/7 nurse triage phone service, care and support for patients transitioning from the hospital and assists patients who have chronic conditions/high needs.
